They have many workers going around pleasantly helping people to get their gear. I like the fact that helmets are included with your equipment rental for no extra charge. Their prices for lift tickets and equipment rental seem reasonable. As far as I could tell, everyone was able to find a table when they needed one.
They ask people to limit their time at a table to 30 min but they did allow some to occupy tables for hours. It was unseasonably warm the day we went (think 50F in December) but they’d been running the snow machines overnight and apparently all day on Christmas so it still made for decent skiing. For what it is, a small ski/snowboarding/tubing resort in SE Indiana, it’s a lot of fun with something for almost everyone. It has been a few years since we’ve visited and it’s as fun as we remembered.
